ACCESS Retiree, Sherri Green, founded Hands that Speak Volumes, a non-profit focused on helping individuals who are deaf/hard of hearing.  The mission is to improve the quality of life for people who are deaf/hard of hearing in Greater Cleveland by hosting leadership skills building, health, educational and social  programs while assisting people who want to become qualified American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters.
