ACCESS manages its own budget and collects and transmits dues to OEA for distribution to NEA, NEOEA and OADDP.

Subcommittees:

Budget – Prepares the annual Association budget for Executive Committee approval.

Membership Processing – Processes membership information in accordance with OEA guidelines.

Audit – Conducts an audit of the Association books.
